เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงของการจองสนาม
1. Court Booking and Cancellation
1.1 ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถจองสนามล่วงหน้าได้ไม่เกิน 7 วัน
1.2 ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถยกเลิกการจองผ่านระบบได้ด้วยตนเองอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มใช้บริการ โดยยอดชำระค่าบริการจะถูกคืนเข้ากระเป๋าเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Wallet) เต็มจำนวน เพื่อใช้สำหรับการจองครั้งถัดไป
1.3 กรณีผู้ใช้บริการประสงค์ขอคืนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคารแทนการรับเครดิตใน Wallet โครงการฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์หักค่าธรรมเนียมการดำเนินการในอัตรา 15% ของมูลค่าการจอง โดยผู้ใช้บริการต้องจัดส่งเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้
- สำเนาบัตรประชาชน หรือเอกสารแสดงตัวตน
- หลักฐานการจอง
- หลักฐานการชำระเงิน
ทั้งนี้ โครงการฯ จะดำเนินการคืนเงินภายใน 14 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ได้รับเอกสารครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
1.4 ผู้ใช้บริการไม่สามารถเติมเงินเข้าสู่ Wallet ได้โดยตรง เครดิตใน Wallet จะเกิดขึ้นเฉพาะจากการยกเลิกการจองตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
2. Late Arrival Policy
2.1 กรณีผู้ใช้บริการมาถึงล่าช้ากว่าเวลาที่จองไว้ ระยะเวลาการใช้สนามหรือการเรียนการสอนจะยังคงนับตามเวลาที่จองเดิม
2.2 โครงการฯ และผู้สอนไม่มีนโยบายชดเชยเวลาเพิ่มเติมในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้บริการมาสาย ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดก็ตาม
3. Weather
ในกรณีที่สภาพอากาศไม่เอื้ออำนวย เช่น ฝนตก หรือสนามไม่ปลอดภัยต่อการเล่น โครงการฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการ เลื่อนเวลาเรียนหรือเลื่อนการจองสนาม หากเริ่มใช้งานสนามแล้ว
- กรณีใช้บริการ ไม่เกิน 30 นาที พิจาณาเป็นเคสบายเคส
- กรณีใช้บริการ เกิน 30 นาที ถือว่าใช้สิทธิ์การจองแล้ว
4. Safety & Facility Rules
4.1 ผู้ใช้บริการต้องสวมรองเท้าเทนนิสหรือรองเท้ากีฬาที่เหมาะสมกับประเภทและพื้นผิวของสนาม
4.2 ห้ามนำอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่มที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อพื้นสนามหรือสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเข้ามาในพื้นที่สนาม
4.3 ผู้ใช้บริการต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบ และมารยาทในการใช้สนามกีฬาอย่างเคร่งครัด
4.4 ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผู้ฝึกสอนหรือโค้ชภายนอกเข้ามาดำเนินการสอนภายในพื้นที่สนามโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากโครงการฯ ผู้ฝ่าฝืนจะถูกปรับเป็นจำนวนเงิน 1,000 บาทต่อครั้ง และโครงการฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับการใช้บริการ
5. Liability
5.1 ผู้ใช้บริการรับทราบและยอมรับว่าการเล่นกีฬาและการออกกำลังกายมีความเสี่ยงต่อการบาดเจ็บหรืออุบัติเหตุ
5.2 โครงการฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหาย ความเสียหายของทรัพย์สิน การบาดเจ็บ หรืออุบัติเหตุที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการใช้บริการ เว้นแต่เกิดจากความบกพร่องของสถานที่หรือความประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรงของโครงการฯ
6. Right to Refuse Service
โครงการฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธ ระงับ หรือยกเลิกการให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้บริการที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนด มีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม หรือก่อให้เกิดความเดือดร้อนแก่ผู้ใช้บริการรายอื่น โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งเหตุผลล่วงหน้า
7. Media & Photo Consent
7.1 โครงการฯ อาจมีการบันทึกภาพนิ่ง ภาพเคลื่อนไหว หรือสื่ออื่นใดภายในพื้นที่โครงการ เพื่อใช้ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ การตลาด การสื่อสารองค์กร หรือกิจกรรมทางธุรกิจของโครงการฯ
7.2 การเข้าใช้บริการถือว่าผู้ใช้บริการยินยอมให้โครงการฯ ใช้ภาพ เสียง หรือวิดีโอดังกล่าวเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ตามข้อ 6.1 โดยไม่เรียกร้องค่าตอบแทนใด ๆ
8. Amendment of Terms
โครงการฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเพิ่มเติมข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการได้ตามความเหมาะสม โดยจะแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้บริการทราบผ่านช่องทางที่โครงการฯ เห็นสมควร

Terms & Conditions for Court Booking
1. Court Booking and Cancellation
1.1 Customers may reserve courts up to 7 days in advance.
1.2 Customers may cancel their booking through the booking system no later than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. The full booking amount will be credited to the customer's Wallet for future bookings.
1.3 If a customer requests a refund to a bank account instead of receiving Wallet credit, the Company reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee of 15% of the booking value.
To process the refund, the customer must provide the following documents:
- A copy of a national ID card or other valid identification document
- Booking confirmation
- Proof of payment
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date all required documents have been received and verified.
1.4 Customers are not permitted to top up their Wallet directly. Wallet credits will only be issued as a result of eligible booking cancellations in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Late Arrival Policy
2.1 If a customer arrives after the scheduled booking time, the reserved court time or lesson duration will remain unchanged and will end at the originally scheduled time.
2.2 The Company and its coaches do not provide additional playing or lesson time to compensate for late arrivals, regardless of the reason.
3. Weather Policy
In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as rain or when the court is deemed unsafe for play, the Company reserves the right to reschedule court bookings or lessons.
If play has already commenced:
- If the court has been used for less than 30 minutes, compensation or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Company's sole discretion.
- If the court has been used for more than 30 minutes, the booking shall be deemed fully utilized, and no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.
4. Safety & Facility Rules
4.1 Customers must wear tennis shoes or other appropriate sports footwear suitable for the relevant court surface.
4.2 Food or beverages that may damage the court surface or facilities are strictly prohibited within the court area.
4.3 Customers must comply with all facility rules, regulations, and sports etiquette at all times.
4.4 External coaches or instructors are not permitted to conduct coaching sessions within the facility without prior written approval from the Company. Any violation will result in a penalty of THB 1,000 per occurrence, and the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer's access to the facility.
5. Liability
5.1 Customers acknowledge and accept that participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks of injury and accidents.
5.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to personal property, injury, or accident occurring during the use of the facilities, except where such loss or damage results directly from defective facilities or the Company's gross negligence.
6. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services to any customer who violates these Terms & Conditions, behaves inappropriately, or causes disturbance to other customers, without prior notice.
7. Media & Photo Consent
7.1 The Company may capture photographs, videos, or other media within the premises for marketing, promotional, public relations, corporate communications, or other legitimate business purposes.
7.2 By entering and using the facility, customers consent to the use of their image, voice, and likeness in such media without compensation.
8. Amendments to the Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through channels deemed appropriate by the Company.
